Julie is a recent graduate of CWRU with a DNAP, she holds a BSN from Cizik School of Nursing at the UTHealth and Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Chemical Science from Florida State University. At FSU, she helped launch a scholarship program that supports community engagement through student service initiatives. Starting with 12 Segal AmeriCorps Education Awards, the program still provides scholarships today. Her nursing experience was in the Cardiovascular ICU.

Natalie obtained a DNAP from CWRU in May of 2024 and holds a BSN from OSF SFMC College of Nursing. Her nursing career focused on ICU patients. Natalie’s most impactful nursing work involved providing care during the COVID-19 pandemic in the most desperate regions across the country. Natalie has engaged in volunteer work throughout her life and has always dreamed of bridging the gaps she has experienced in the healthcare profession. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
Secretary & Treasurer
Sara Sindija comes to CBI with a decade of experience building development, operations and finance capacity within the nonprofit sector. Most recently Sara served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer of the Forestry and Fire Recruitment Program, a workforce development organization that trains justice impacted people for careers in the fire sector. Her background includes policy research and advocacy for more equitable sentencing laws. She holds a bachelor’s from UC Berkeley and an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science. .
